Third Party Vendors

(a) In no event will any Party be liable for the products and services of any third party licensors, contractors, outsourcers or other vendors, including Third Party Providers, except to the extent for which such Party is otherwise liable under this Agreement.

 

(b) Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement (including any Services Agreement) to the contrary, with respect to any such third party licensors, subcontractors, outsourcers or other vendors, including Third Party Providers, the Parties agree to reasonably and diligently cooperate to pass through to each Service Recipient, to the extent permitted by the applicable contracts, the benefit of any indemnities, representations and warranties under the applicable contracts with such Third Party Providers. Upon request, the Service Provider agrees at its option to either (i) enforce its rights under such contracts, or (ii) grant to the Service Recipient rights of subrogation, to the extent permitted under the applicable contract(s), so that the Service Recipient may directly enforce the applicable contract(s) against the applicable vendor. The Service Provider will under no circumstances be responsible for any failure by any Third Party Provider to provide any remedies to which the Service Provider and the Service Recipient are entitled from the applicable vendors. The Service Recipient will be responsible for its own costs and the cost incurred by the Service Provider in seeking or enforcing any rights or remedies with respect to any such vendors for the benefit of Service Recipient.

Return Policy

Return services may be delayed as a result of COVID-19 safety measures.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason, just contact us at inquiry@kaycelauren.com We will be happy to provide assistance while we inquire about your experience.  It is our goal to ensure you are happy with every item and if you’re not, we’ll help you get it sorted and have you on your way.  Lost or Stolen Items. We will provide you with tracking information once your item is shipped.  If your item does not arrive due to being lost or stolen, we will provide a 100% refund within 14 calendar days of a claim.  Please file all claims at inquiry@kaycelauren.com ALL SALES ARE FINAL.  You can return most items for a refund within 7 business days. Return shipping costs apply, and the item must be in its original, undamaged condition.

Refunds

For credit card refunds, we will begin issuing you a refund once we have received notification that you have returned your item.  Most banks will process the refund within 3 – 5 business days.

For all other refund methods, please allow up to 2 weeks for us to fully research and process your return and issue your refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

You must contact us about any damaged or defective item within 7 business days of the delivery date to qualify for a resolution of this matter.  We would appreciate any photo examples emailed to inquiry@kaycelauren.com    We reserve the right to refuse to rectify any damaged or defective item reported more than 7 business days after the delivery date

 

Received the Wrong Item

If we’ve sent you something you didn’t order, please contact us immediately.  We will get the correct item to you as soon as possible.  

Wrong Item Policy:

You must contact us about the wrong item within calendar days of the delivery date to qualify for a resolution.  Wrong items may need to be returned to qualify for a resolution.  We reserve the right to refuse to service any wrong time reported more than 14 days after the delivery date.

Cancellations

Cancelling an Order

If you would like to request to cancel any order before it ships, you must contact us immediately.  Cancellation requests are not a guarantee, as our cancellation system will not allow items to be canceled once they are preparing for shipment.  

If you missed the opportunity to cancel the order, you can always set up a return or exchange ahead of time by contacting us at inquiry@kaycelaure.com 



Updating Shipping on an Order

Before an item has been shipped or in process of shipping, you can request to easily edit the details to your purchase.  Please send emails to inquiry@kaycelauren.com 

Updating Orders in Transit

Once an item has shipped, a few extra steps are required to make adjustments.  Unfortunately, items are confirmed and in transit cannot be expedited.  

FedEx , USPS , or UPS

If you have a tracking number from either of these businesses, you can track updates on your orders through FedEx Delivery Manager , USPS.com or UPS My Choice

Shipping Details

Your order means a lot to us, which is why it is our goal to provide fast, safe, and reliable delivery services of all of our products.  Deliveries are typically made during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, and you can find delivery options for each item in the cart and when you are about to submit final payment on your order.

We cannot ship to P.O. boxes or military APOs.  Additional fees or shipping restrictions may apply if you live in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or the U.S. Virgin Islands.  

Shipping Updates and Alerts

Communication is key!  We will keep you updates throughout the purchase and shipping process via email notifications.    

International Shipping 

All of our items are available to ship within the United States.  At this time we cannot offer international shipping.

 

Amendments to Our Agreement

We may periodically add to, modify or otherwise update these Terms & Conditions of Sale or Service at our sole discretion.  It is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions for Sales or Service of any additions, modifications or updates each time that you make a purchase and you are bound by such additions, modifications and updates.  Your use of the Sites and/or purchase of product following any additions, modifications or updates to these Terms and Conditions of Sales or Service constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions of Sale or Service.
